Our membership includes professionals and trades working both directly in the industry and providing services to the industry. Our Mission As an organization, we aim to promote the positives in the Construction Industry as a whole and to highlight the work carried out by professionals working within. Our work focuses on supporting the developments of our members and inspiring the young women to look at the construction industry as a valid source for a future career. Our programs include Block Kids, (coed Grade K-6), Pop & Pizza Pop & Power Tools (Girls 12 - 15), Scholorships for Women, 4H (Hardhats, Helping Hands & Hearts), We provide our members with opportunities for professional development, education, networking, leadership training, public service and more. Our Annual Leadership Conference provides training and seminars offering Continuing Education Credits in various member industries. In previous years we offered CEU's in Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Literary. We respond to the request and expertise of our members. Joining NAWIC offers members access to events across the country either free or at a discounted rate. Membership also grants full access to online based resources including industry guides, forums, and best practices.
